I am an executive and public speaking coach and I help high achieving, stressed out and exhausted corporate executives, like you, do their best work without burning out.
Two burnouts in five years made me fall out of love with my well established tax career, even though on the face of it I was at the top of my game. In 2014, I left tax, became a coach, and changed pretty much everything about how I live my life.
What I know today, is that you don’t have to sacrifice your health and sanity to be at the top of your game and do the work you love.
You can step fully into your leadership role by working out exactly what is expected of you and tapping into the skills you have to excel at your career, without exhaustion and second guessing.
You can present your game-changing ideas – be it in the boardroom, client meeting, or on stage – with more clarity, conviction and connection so you are seen and heard for your ideas and not get tied up in the process.
You can be at the top of your game and still have a life outside work with the ones you love so you can finally get some balance back in their life.
When I am not working with my clients, I co host a weekly podcast called “Jo and JJ go Mental”, I write a monthly business column for “Local Women Magazine”, and I contribute regularly to Agefi Luxembourg, the financial newspaper in Luxembourg. I am also a published author and two time TEDx speaker.
