I am an executive coach and I help busy professionals get their lives back, so that they have more time for themselves and for the people and things they love – all the while recognising that real life is happening all around them.
Two burnouts in five years made me fall out of love with my well established tax career, even though on the face of it I was at the top of my game. In 2014, I left tax, became a coach, and changed pretty much everything about how I live my life.
What I know today, is that you don’t have to sacrifice your health and sanity to be at the top of your game and do the work you love.
When I am not working with my clients, I write a monthly business column for “Local Women Magazine”, and I am also a published author and two time TEDx speaker.
